1, SAMPLE IBO ADS & TIPS

Now that you are ready to advertise, I would like to give you some tips and advice.
I also included some sample online ads below that you can place on free websites, like www.Craigslist.org , http://www.ebayclassifieds.com/ , http://www.backpage.com/ , www.freeclassifiedads.com , www.classifiedads.com  etc. or practically wherever you want, if you chose to work as a Training Specialist/Recruiter. To add more to your free classified site list, search for  "free classified sites", "free ad sites" etc. on Google Search.

Tips & Advice:When you place your ads online, please make sure to include your www.Freedomathometeam.com/yourusername Landing Page or your personal domain for this link in the ads! I use my domain name in my ads) If you would like to get a domain name for your website, you can get one for about $1.99/year at http://www.godaddy.com/ . It is optional but recommended! Also, when you place your ads for the opportunity, I DO NOT recommend you including your phone number in the ads! You will want people to opt-in on your website and read the information before you talk with them.
Your autoresponder e-mails  are setup for you and all the e-mails that your prospects will receive after opting in on your website, gives full details of our company and positions. By the time you contact your prospects, they should have all the information in their hands.

If they haven't read your e-mails yet when you contact them, kindly send them back to the overview site which is http://www.homecareeroverview.com/ and setup a follow up appointment with them for the next day or so. Or, if you prefer to go over the information with them on the phone, you can do that as well. It is up to you and your personal preference.
I personally use the e-mail method because it saves me a ton of time. People, who read the e-mails and interested in becoming a part of your team, will contact you before you even call them! But, it is important to call every one of your leads even if they didn't call you first, because you want to make sure they did read all the info and you want to answer their questions. Not everyone will call you first, even if they are interested, so make sure you call your leads at least once and do a second follow up call another day, maybe 2-3 days later.

Below you'll find the script that I personally use when I'm talking with IBO prospects. These people are already in my contact folder, receiving my autoresponder e-mails with detailed information about the company and the start up, as well as a sizzle call line that they can listen to, to get all of the details before I speak to them.
This method works well for me. I use it because of the limited time I can spend on the phone.
If you prefer to use a full script, please by all means, do it! It is a personal preference what you'd like to do :)

HELPFUL TIP #1: Before you start using this method, please make sure you know everything about the company, so you can answer your prospects questions. By learning all that you need to know, please pick a script from our training site http://www.freedomathometraining.com/  Password: iampowerful Also, I recommend you listen to the overview call that you will be sending your prospects to. The overview calls cover all the details of our company. You can find a list of overview calls on the training site or on the overview site as well. (I also listed a few below in red)

HELPFUL TIP #2: Relax! You are just responding to peoples requests with the information they requested from you! You are sharing the information they asked for. Do not feel pressured that you need to enroll the person on the phone! Have a nice, general, friendly conversation with your prospects! This makes all the difference! You can build trust this way, if you don't come accross as a pushy sales person, which we are not! Many people don't enroll the first time you talk with them but they do come back to you when they're ready to rock 'n roll!

HELPFUL TIP #3: Have the overview website open on your computer screen (http://www.homecareeroverview.com) when you are talking with your prospects. It's really helpful when they ask about the compensation and all the different levels they can chose from when they get started. You can just quickly scroll down to the area you are talking about and give them the info without mistakes and getting confused about all the packages.

Here is a guideline / short script that I use.


                          IBO SCRIPT using a sizzle call (you don't personally do the full presentation)

Hello, is xxxx there?
Hi xxx, this is xxxx with Ameriplan giving you a call back regarding your recent request about working at home with our Discount Dental & Medical Benefit company.
How are you? Would it be a good time to talk for a few minutes?
  • I sent you an e-mail with our company overview website and/or overview phone number, that goes over all of the details about working with us. Did you have a chance to go over the information on the site or listen to the call?

(if they say "no" they didn't get the e-mails or didn't have time to review the info yet, say this: )
  • Do you have a pen and paper to take down some information? Before we continue with the process, I would like you to go over the details of working with our company. I'll go ahead and give you our career overview website so you could read all the information on it. And while going over all the info you can also jot down some notes and write down your questions as well. The site goes over all the details of our company, pay, positions and the services we offer. Please let me know when you are ready... Ok, the overview site is http://www.homecareeroverview.com  (if you chose to give your prospect a career overview # to dial in and listen to, you can chose from the following: 760-569-1296 (Jayme Boyle's overview) or 760-569-1331 (Kristie DeGraw's overview). It is your choice which one you prefer to send them to. There are also other sizzle call lines available!)
  • Would you be able to go over the information today? (if they say "yes", continue...) Great! Once you have all the information and your questions ready, you can give me a call back today or tomorrow and we can go over your questions and figure out if this would be a good match for you. My direct # is xxx-xxx-xxxx. I'm looking forward to your call.
(If you don't hear from them in the next day or two, give them a follow up call at least once but no more then 3 times, then move on!)

(If they "yes" I got the e-mails and reviewed them or "I listened to the overview call"  by the time you contact them first:)
At this point, they will either tell you they are not interested or they start asking you questions about the start up and training etc. and your job is just to answer them all. (in most cases that is what happens)

If they are quiet and they don't ask anything, you can just ask some questions from them:
  • What did you best like about what you read on the overview site or heard on the overview call?
  • Do you have any questions for me regarding the information you reviewed?
  • Did you have a chance to review the commission levels and decide which level fits your needs?
  • Is this something you can see yourself doing? etc.....


If you don't feel the connection with the person and they are not very talkative, try to end the conversation politely giving them your contact information and tell them that they can contact you back when they are ready, and you will be happy to assist them at any time.

If they are ready to move forward:
  • Go to your Ameriplan Backoffice at http://www.ameriplan.net/ and sign in with your user information
  • Go to the left and find "Online Applications" in the blue tab.
  • Click on "IBO Applications - Add New" 
  • Proceed with application. 
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR YOU!:
If they are not ready to enroll, but seem very interested, ask them if they would like you to give them a call back in a few days?
Many people don't enroll on the spot, but they come back later when it's the right time for them.

We have this saying "Bless & Release" ! It is a great one! That is what you have to do! Just hang up the phone and move forward to the next person! Don't get stock on the negative!
The more relaxed you are when you are talking with your prospects, the more results you will get!

3, SAMPLE MEMBER ADS AND WEBSITES TO POST ON, PLUS TIPS

Below are some examples for you of what to post online if you decide to use the internet to market the memberships. I highly recommend posting some ads on different free classified sites online so you can help people with our memberships across the U.S, as well as locally. With the internet, it is very easy to reach people in different states and you don't have to rely on advertising only locally. 
Of course it is always up to you, how you would like to market.
If you have more than one e-mail account to use, you can post like 6 ads, 3 from one email account and 3 from another email account, on each site in different cities. You want to make sure you don't overpost on one site with the same e-mail address. This could cause your e-mail address to be black-listed for spamming and it is best to avoid that.
HELPFUL TIP: You are recommended to add your benefit website address to your ads.  On this landing page, people can opt-in by filling out their names, phone #'s and e-mail addresses to request more information from you . This way you'll know who to contact back with membership information. WE strongly encourage you to add additional websites to this list...this is just a list to get you started.  You will find more sites by doing an internet search from Google for instance and searching key words like:  free classified ads,  free ads, free classifieds, etc. NOTE - if you are not required to set-up an account or log in to post ads DON'T! 
Your Email Address:
You will want to create a FREE Yahoo/Gmail email address to use when posting ads.  Ideally you will want to make the e-mail address look kind of "benefit-ish"
Posting the Ads:
Your goal is to post 5-10 ads each day--and not all in the same place!  You want to post the following ads in their corresponding categories (Exp: Health/Beauty, Community - if available on the website you are posting to) -
NOTE - If you want to post more ads to increase your responses you need to use a different email address to post another set of ads.  When posting too many ads with the same email address your ads can be deleted.
NOTE - On occassion you will receive notification that your ad has been deleted.  Understand this is just part of it - do not be discouraged - keep POSTING ads - it's FREE!! 

Below are some sample Dental/Medical ads you can use to post on different free ad sites. You just want to post the ad in the services area, either under "beauty/health/wellness" or "household" or in the "General Community" section.

You want to keep the ad simple,  just basically put the facts. You can, and I suggest you write more, basically using the same facts in different ways.

With each ad you may want to reword it a little bit, just so the same ad is not posted twice, word for word. If you stay consistent and do this every other day or at least 3 times a week, you will get results!!!


4, DENTAL MEMBER SCRIPT


Below you can find a very short dental script that I personally use when I'm talking with dental prospects. It's more of a guide line then a script. Feel free to use it if you'd like.

Please keep in mind that some people will ask you to do some researdch on the providers in their area, the cost of their particular procedures and the savings they will receive. This is something we do for our prospects to deliver excellent service to them. Giving good service will increase the chances of them enrolling with you! :)

HELPFUL TIP #1: When you call your prospects, have the Ameriplan Provider Search window open on your computer screen, so you could look up providers right away for them in their zipcode. To get to the provider search website, go to http://www.ameriplanusa.com// > click "Locate a Provider" > click "continue".Once you are on this site, you can just save the address in your favoirtes to skip the extra steps. HELPFUL TIP #2: Have a dental brochure in front of you for extra information!
