In some case, you may want to use a bulk e-mailer, to e-mail your leads from a free lead source or any other lead source that is not a direct Opt-in.  

(You could be using this bulk e-mailer to send out an e-mail that will direct your free leads to opt-in on your website so they can become an Opt-in Lead)
